A pipe that simultaneously achieves a beautiful "extremely small bending radius" and strict "press-fit outer diameter tolerance of 15 to 30 μm," enhancing layout flexibility for water-cooled inverters and motors.

Improvements can be made to the restrictions around pipes that hinder flexibility during the layout of vehicle-mounted inverters and motors. Additionally, eliminating issues caused by welding joints and achieving high press-fit outer diameter tolerances can enhance quality. Bending: Bending center R = 0.75D (Min) Press-fit: Tolerance range = 15μ (Min) Flattening: Cross-sectional area reduction rate = 13% (Min) Example of minimal R bending achievements: Φ25.4 × t1.6 CR20 = 0.8D Φ17.0 × t1.2 CR13 = 0.76D *CR = Bending center R *0.6D is also possible under certain conditions "Press-fit outer diameter tolerance" Proven record of guaranteeing a range of 15μ after surface treatment By reducing the restrictions on piping layouts for units that require liquid cooling, it also contributes to a reduction in pressure loss.

[Product Development Case] Ultra-Lightweight Original Hose

By combining the extremely lightweight and flexible HS79 hose, we have achieved ultra-lightweight hoses!

We would like to introduce a case of developing and manufacturing an ultra-lightweight original hose. Using an automatic welding machine, we joined titanium fittings and titanium bent pipes, and combined them with HS79 hoses, which are often used in the aerospace industry, using an in-house dedicated crimping machine. Due to customer requirements, the titanium fittings had complex shapes and were processed using a 5-axis machining center. The bent pipes also required high precision, and the parts were precisely bent using an NC bender, with inspections conducted using jigs made with a resin 3D printer.
